We had the pleasure of using a website called <a href="http://we%20had%20the%20pleasure%20of%20reviewing%20from%20science%20naturally./" target="_blank">Spelling Training</a>. Our youngest son has been using this program for the past two weeks. This program is a free website geared towards Pre-K to 4th grade. You can access this program on any device that is able to connect to the internet. So, great for on the go.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.spellingtraining.com/" target="_blank"><img border="0" height="185" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-JoCRlyMsbmk/WMJJXwwKH0I/AAAAAAAADp0/dErFDa63c0QUALjksAnSHrjgB65bEZn7wCLcB/s320/Untitled.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<a href="http://www.spellingtraining.com/" target="_blank">Spelling Training</a> has various ways to save of on printing and still allowing your child to reach their goals. Your child will be able to practice their spelling words, take an online spelling test, use the online flashcards, and play the five games to help them master those spelling words. While they're learning new words or refreshing on their spelling, they're having fun doing it.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.spellingtraining.com/" target="_blank"><img border="0" height="201" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-dchPygVHwPI/WMJLAlkWANI/AAAAAAAADqA/I5O7ivagDz09sZZfuviI_Pbtz2Mv8xFCgCLcB/s320/Untitled.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
Even though <a href="http://www.spellingtraining.com/" target="_blank">Spelling Training</a> has several list from first words to frequently misspelled words, I did a test of my own and that's to see if I could enter in my own spelling list. I was able to create a spelling list of my own and save it. <a href="http://www.spellingtraining.com/" target="_blank">Spelling Training</a> allows you to save up to 24 spelling list of your own, as well as save your spelling lists to your computer.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.spellingtraining.com/" target="_blank"><img border="0" height="190" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-5bP-Lt8xBa4/WMJNdHsJvZI/AAAAAAAADqM/jJW8X1Q1sqwjq01mAMKTUa_qSgYv9QEoACLcB/s320/Untitled.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
My son enjoyed using <a href="http://www.spellingtraining.com/" target="_blank">Spelling Training </a>these past two weeks and will continue to use this program. He's not interested in many online programs because he likes things to go his pace. One of the best things with <a href="http://www.spellingtraining.com/" target="_blank">Spelling Training</a> is, it goes when your child clicks the mouse, so no waiting to load once your child picks their activity. My son will continue to use this program. I've also added a lists to use with other children. </div>

As many of us are studying African Americans this month. We decided to study famous African American actors instead of the usual. The reason we're doing things a little different this year is because several of my children have had a lot of questions about how movies are made. So, I thought this would be an interesting twist.<br />
<br />
So far this week, we've started with the top 50 best African Americans from the <a href="http://www.imdb.com/list/ls003135959/" target="_blank">IMDb list</a>. First on the list are as follows:<br />
<br />
<br />
<ol style="text-align: left;">
<li>Sidney Poitier</li>
<li>Denzel Washington</li>
<li>Morgan Freeman</li>
<li>Richard Pryor</li>
<li>Eddie Murphy</li>
</ol>
<div>
Now, I mentioned that my children have been asking about how movies are made. So, after lunch we watch a movie starring one of the names above. We will discuss the main idea of the movie, learning experience, best part, least, part, likes/dislikes, how's, why's, what's and how's. This usually lasts about an hour or two hashing out the answers/theories. Finally, we would rate the movie to add the critic side of it.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I've prepared a list of movies to go with the names from above. They are as follows:</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<ol style="text-align: left;">
<li>Sidney Poitier - Ghost Dad</li>
<li>Denzel Washington - John Q</li>
<li>Morgan Freeman - Glory</li>
<li>Richard Pryor - The Toy</li>
<li>Eddie Murphy - Daddy Day Care</li>
</ol>
<div>
Some of these were tough to find because there were some really older movies on this list, but definitely accomplished. I started off with my local library, Netflix, local video store, etc. However, I've made it easier for you just in case you would like to do this next year for Black History Month.</div>
</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<ol style="text-align: left;">
<li>Ghost Dad - <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Ghost-Dad-Bill-Cosby/dp/B0006IIPK8" target="_blank">Amazon</a> for $9.90 or free with Prime Subscription</li>
<li>John Q - <a href="http://netflix.com/" target="_blank">Netflix</a> must have DVD Subscription</li>
<li>Glory - <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Glory-Matthew-Broderick/dp/0800177967" target="_blank">Amazon</a> for $8.69 or free with Prime Subscription</li>
<li>The Toy - <a href="http://www.amazon.com/The-Toy-Ned-Beatty/dp/B00005Q4CV" target="_blank">Amazon</a> for $16.98 or free with Prime Subscription </li>
<li>Daddy Day Care - <a href="http://netflix.com/" target="_blank">Netflix</a> basic subscription</li>
</ol>
<div>
Here's one last tip that may help those that don't have these subscription or are on a very tight budget. Try asking family and friends to borrow any of these movies. Also, try your local Facebook groups to see if anyone has this movie that you can borrow or buy at a reasonable price. Another option might be checking with eBay.</div>
</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Until next week, happy learning to you and remember to have fun learning!</div>

I have to admit, I haven't been much of a fan of using Minecraft as part of our schooling. A friend of mine is always telling me how much her kids are addicted to the game. Well, so are mine, but I've seen some of the things they have been making with it and I have to say that I didn't see the point of the game until I went online to research the game. Of course it has been around for a couple of years, but I don't stay on top of the newest item of attractions.<br />
<br />
Well, let's just say that with the combination of the game and tutorials on YouTube, I learned to play the game myself. I thought it's really easy to use with the exception of playing it on my Android phone to avoid from the kids seeing me playing it, LOL. I didn't want to start with something small, I wanted to see how hard it would be to do a challenging design. So, I chose to build a mansion with three levels.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe allowfullscreen="" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/d0HN8euN2Mc/0.jpg" frameborder="0" height="266" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/d0HN8euN2Mc?feature=player_embedded" width="320"></iframe></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
This mansion was actually easier than it looks. Once I finished it, I had a sit down with the kids and asked them if they would be willing to start building some difficult designs in Minecraft. Of course they said yes, but when I asked them what kind of things they would like to build, it was pretty funny because they picked, Wal-Mart, Target, McDonalds, and a hotel. Thankfully all of these are available on YouTube. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<iframe width="320" height="266" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/Dm4Ror9I9xs/0.jpg" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Dm4Ror9I9xs?feature=player_embedded" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
My ten year old and I are building the hotel. The hotel is nine videos to complete. I think my challenge so far is keeping up with my ten year old, LOL he's always a step ahead of me. I'm still working the twenty-six high glass blocks around the whole first level. He's already done with that and awaiting on my completion.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<iframe allowfullscreen="" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/gqlgi6qRyKo/0.jpg" frameborder="0" height="266" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/gqlgi6qRyKo?feature=player_embedded" width="320"></iframe></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
My daughter chose to build Wal-Mart in Minecraft. She's doing really well and was surprised that she did the lettering and star very well without much help. She's now working on the layers around Wal-Mart.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe allowfullscreen="" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/UzBLmrR35J4/0.jpg" frameborder="0" height="266" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/UzBLmrR35J4?feature=player_embedded" width="320"></iframe></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
I would say this design so far is fairly simple if your going in the right direction, LOL. My other son is working on this and he was doing great at first, but then after he did the front and one side, he does the other side in the opposite direction for the foundation. So, he's working on taking the blocks out and putting the right blocks in the right direction.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe allowfullscreen="" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/ArOgnQ0EChA/0.jpg" frameborder="0" height="266" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/ArOgnQ0EChA?feature=player_embedded" width="320"></iframe></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
This one I saved for last because my 13 year old is making the McDonald's in Minecraft. He wants to build like all the well known resturants. He started this design after supper last night and finished it before bedtime at ten. I think that's pretty fast for the amount of details in this. However, that was the outside of the restaurant that he finished. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://www.etsy.com/shop/YarnPlusThread?section_id=16531885&ref=shopsection_leftnav_2" target="_blank"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-pv-PF9EPYkU/VmI0HEC2zsI/AAAAAAAADdc/gQn06ZX9lfU/s320/13fd8d88-a12a-41d7-98c8-a4654d91695b%2B-%2BCopy.jpe" width="179" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
So, to wrap this up to why we are adding minecraft to our schooling? I think it's great for the classroom because it's not just a game, but gets your children the ability to learn how to use blocks and turn them into something amazing. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
So far this what I've learned from playing the game, but there's so much more that your child can benefit from playing. Such as History, Science, Math and Reading. I will share more as I learn more through playing this game. </div>

We were looking through old pictures today and found this from a few years ago. This is a phonics game that we found at our local dollar store. Many of us don't think to check dollar stores for materials, but over the years, we've found some really great steals from our local dollar stores.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-xJiPOFpzX6E/UkucPQJKy4I/AAAAAAAACrE/AT2DJZzvBoY/s1600/IMG1993.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-xJiPOFpzX6E/UkucPQJKy4I/AAAAAAAACrE/AT2DJZzvBoY/s320/IMG1993.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
Not only did we forget about having these pictures, but we realized how much we've all grown up over the years. As for me, I realized that yes, I've had some days where, I didn't think I could homeschool my children once they got older, but as you can tell that's possible because we are still going strong. Sure, we've had our ups and downs, but definitely worth it!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-1jhbBo1lDag/UkucOcbjAqI/AAAAAAAACq8/JZWmglLhHms/s1600/IMG1991.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-1jhbBo1lDag/UkucOcbjAqI/AAAAAAAACq8/JZWmglLhHms/s320/IMG1991.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Our oldest has graduated and off to college soon, we now approaching our next year with 8th, 6th, 5th, 4th graders. So, yes it's definitely challenging, and yet priceless to know that your children reaching their full potential.</div>

The breakfast foods portion of our daily meals. This a nice way to teach your toddlers about the most important meal of the day. The best part is you don't have to go out and spend a bundle on those play kitchen sets. You can sit at your kitchen or dining room table and even put out the plate to provide a visual of what it will look like on their plate.<br />

I'm planing on making a bunch more of these for my cousin because she has a toddler that will love these. I'm going to make him various foods and a little pouch to go with each and group them in the right category. However, I think this will be great for girl or boy because it's learning about eating healthy. </div>

As many of you noticed that we've haven't been on here in awhile. We missed each and every one of you and thank you for all emails and messages. There's so much to explain, but I will only share the basics of where we've been and what we've been doing.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Ie2vKtW1sDQ/Vk625JLy_xI/AAAAAAAADb8/l877r18mbIY/s1600/IMG_2474.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Ie2vKtW1sDQ/Vk625JLy_xI/AAAAAAAADb8/l877r18mbIY/s320/IMG_2474.JPG" width="240" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Our local news station field trip!</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
First off, I wouldn't say it was a complete disaster, I would say it was a lesson learned. We had to downsize because of job loss, shortly before we began homeschooling, but too much was lost, just space was the issue. So, nothing too major, right, but when you go from a 5 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom mobile home, it can be a bit of a space shock for sure.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-l7z9YPc7fmE/Vk63MzOXCuI/AAAAAAAADcA/Qejj6RIURSw/s1600/IMG_2017.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-l7z9YPc7fmE/Vk63MzOXCuI/AAAAAAAADcA/Qejj6RIURSw/s320/IMG_2017.JPG" width="240" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Our local tree farm field trip!</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
Then about 6-7 months in my husband was offered a job out of state that was so promising before moving there. Great news and at the same time it all taken away once we got down there. So, that was mind blowing for sure and we almost had to put our kids back in the public school system to dig ourselves out the mess we were in. Thankfully, that didn't happen and we decided to come back home.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-CNNGh3z4xmY/Vk63i8ap60I/AAAAAAAADcE/rsLN-8t7_EY/s1600/IMG_2113.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-CNNGh3z4xmY/Vk63i8ap60I/AAAAAAAADcE/rsLN-8t7_EY/s320/IMG_2113.JPG" width="240" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Our homeschool co-op monthly skating get together!</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
Since being back, we've never been more blessed to be home and know it's meant for us to here. Sure the job market is scarce here right now, but the Lord had other plans for us when we got back. My husband is back to work and we've blessed in so many ways. We are apart of a really awesome field trip co-op group here in town and we all have made a lot of new friendships.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-jqb_zYRSUPU/Vk64u-Y9ZAI/AAAAAAAADcY/wMJog679PCY/s1600/IMG_2120.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-jqb_zYRSUPU/Vk64u-Y9ZAI/AAAAAAAADcY/wMJog679PCY/s320/IMG_2120.JPG" width="240" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Christmas orchestra concert downtown!</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
So, you see what I mean, you never know what you have until you lose it all. From my experience, I definitely have learned that everything I need or want here and I feel I had to go through that to get where I am today. My best advice is to really listen to that voice because that's the Lord telling you what path to take.<br />

Often times we like to find ways to keep our children entertained while we're in the car. Whether it may be a short trip to the store, road trip, and even those doctor's appointments. Most doctor's offices have toys or coloring material to keep your children busy, but many children are left out because the space is filled. Well, how about your very own crayon roll holder?</div>

This crayon roll holder holds eight basic crayons. All you have to do have coloring pages or a coloring book on hand for your children to enjoy. This one above is a Frozen theme with Elsa, Ana, and Olaf. There are many available to customize it to your child's personality. As well as adding there name to it as well.<br />

I've thought of ways to homeschool through television, but there's so much available on there to teach with <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Film" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" title="Film">movies</a>. How do we choose which programs for our children to learn something from? Some may say <a class="zem_slink" href="http://pbs.org/" rel="homepage" target="_blank" title="PBS">PBS</a>, Sprout, and <a class="zem_slink" href="http://www.history.com/" rel="homepage" target="_blank" title="History (TV channel)">History Channel</a>, but I say there's more than just those few channels. It all depends on what the topic that your learning about. Especially, with cable or <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satellite_television" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" title="Satellite television">satellite television</a> or <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E-learning" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" title="E-learning">online learning</a>, such as <a class="zem_slink" href="http://www.youtube.com/" rel="homepage" target="_blank" title="YouTube">YouTube</a>.<br />
<br />
This past <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Academic_term" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" title="Academic term">school year</a>, I came across a website that will allow my children to learn through movies. The down side to the site was the cost. Now it wasn't an arm and leg, but I just didn't have the means to pay for it at the time, but now this year the site is now FREE. This site that I'm so excited to share with you is<a href="http://teachwithmovies.org/" target="_blank"> "Teach With Movies."</a><br />
<br />
Not only is this site FREE, but can be a great way to just lay back with the family and continue their learning. This works out for many styles of learning and the bottom line is that you'll find movies for all ages. You can follow the lesson plan provided, do a lapbook, notebooking, or whatever else comes to mind.<br />
<br />
A few years ago we completed a <a href="http://homeschoolconnection192.blogspot.com/2012/08/shark-tales-lapbook.html" target="_blank">Shark Tales Lapbook.</a> However, this one isn't available on this site, but there are many other great ones available such as, <a class="zem_slink" href="http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/finding_nemo" rel="rottentomatoes" target="_blank" title="Finding Nemo">Finding Nemo</a>, Cars, <a class="zem_slink" href="http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/1065598-babe" rel="rottentomatoes" target="_blank" title="Babe">Babe</a>, <a class="zem_slink" href="http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/bugs_life" rel="rottentomatoes" target="_blank" title="A Bug's Life">A Bug's Life</a>, etc. So, you see, there's movies that my children have watched and didn't think were educational, but there are times where we think wrong. We also use <a href="http://www.homeschoolshare.com/index_lapbooks_master_list.php" target="_blank">Homeschool Share</a> for a majority of our lapbooking topics.<br />
<br />
<br />
Many of us already have these movies in our homes, but for those that don't, it's not that hard to finds these wonderful titles. I would recommend searching your local library. The second suggestion would be <a class="zem_slink" href="http://www.netflix.com/" rel="homepage" target="_blank" title="Netflix">Netflix</a>, if you have that, if not your local video store. If you have a <a class="zem_slink" href="http://www.familyvideo.com/" rel="homepage" target="_blank" title="Family Video">Family Video</a> store near by, I would go there because they have free kids section and then they have the $1 section. That would be the best bet, if not then I would recommend Amazon.<br />

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
A few months ago we purchased our membership with Burpee Museum. At first I was excited to get this membership for them because it came with a list of over 300 other museums we could go to. However, there's a limitation as to which ones you can go to and that limit is museums within 90 miles of your residence is out. This however, may be great for someone in the boonies, but for those in city limits you may miss out on a few.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-lSSnykCwSuw/U5vaBZwzEfI/AAAAAAAADFc/kAqVcij6PrA/s1600/IMG_0185.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-lSSnykCwSuw/U5vaBZwzEfI/AAAAAAAADFc/kAqVcij6PrA/s1600/IMG_0185.JPG" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
We took advantage of this list because we went to the Discovery World in Milwaukee Wisconsin. This place was awesome, even with the 4th floor being closed off for an event. We'll definitely go back a few more times.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-jyW9IAQsFfE/U5vabrReZWI/AAAAAAAADGE/skZMDKFJDz8/s1600/IMG_0187.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-jyW9IAQsFfE/U5vabrReZWI/AAAAAAAADGE/skZMDKFJDz8/s1600/IMG_0187.JPG" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
It's located on Lake Michigan, yes that's right on the lake, which freaked me out at first because I don't do water like that. The membership is free, but you have to pay for parking, which is based by how long you stay:<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>1 hour or less $5</li>
<li>1-2 hours $7</li>
<li>2-3 hours $8</li>
<li>3-6 hours $10</li>
<li>6 or more $15</li>
<li>Special events $8</li>
<li>Lost tickets are $15</li>
</ul>
<div>
You also have two options for lunch, bring your own or eat in at the cafe. I do want warn you that the prices are kind of high, but if that's not a problem, then have at it. You can either eat in the lunch room or eat at one of few tables along the entrance to the museum and if there's no room when a field trip is schedule as it was when we went, ask for additional seating and they will gladly provide.<br />
<br /></div>
<div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ewIwZSQedI4/U5vasyo_2WI/AAAAAAAADGM/WueA4KDHAQs/s1600/IMG_0252.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ewIwZSQedI4/U5vasyo_2WI/AAAAAAAADGM/WueA4KDHAQs/s1600/IMG_0252.JPG" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Now there's a total of 4 floors cramped packed with fun learning. The main for were the 5 Great Lakes with some caged creatures to see. There were snakes, fish, and nice display of the 5 Great Lakes with water shooting down. </div>
<div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lVolivcjtaw/U5vbHQ-BTgI/AAAAAAAADGU/RNievY9xK8E/s1600/IMG_0189.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lVolivcjtaw/U5vbHQ-BTgI/AAAAAAAADGU/RNievY9xK8E/s1600/IMG_0189.JPG" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<br /></div>
<div>
The lower level was a tunnel, were you walked over the fish tank, as well as walking under the fish tank. It depends on where you were walking. It was pretty cool it was like walking in the middle of the tank. There were all sorts of water creatures, seahorses, sword fish, flatfish, but I could be wrong on that one because I didn't see the sign because I had 3 little hands diving in to touch them. Which that was okay because was allowed, but of course I didn't stick my hand in, LOL.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-JMk_En6A_Js/U5vaCAahbcI/AAAAAAAADFw/5dPO0sog3Z4/s1600/IMG_0191.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-JMk_En6A_Js/U5vaCAahbcI/AAAAAAAADFw/5dPO0sog3Z4/s1600/IMG_0191.JPG" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
The third floor was ships, boats, and canoes. They have a huge ship the kiddos can play on. That's where the little ones stayed for the most part of being up there. They were allowed to go down to the bottom of the ship. They were in the captains cabin. However, if your child wants to go to the bottom of the ship, they would need to at least 6 or older to be allowed.<br />
<br /></div>
<div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-KS6mn9Gw5cI/U5vbHS016tI/AAAAAAAADGY/_sEo8bWeJuw/s1600/IMG_0227.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-KS6mn9Gw5cI/U5vbHS016tI/AAAAAAAADGY/_sEo8bWeJuw/s1600/IMG_0227.JPG" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The fourth floor was closed do to an event, but I'm not sure if that was a normal thing. By the time we finished the three floors, we were worn out, or at least we thought we were. As we headed out, we discovered another section, which was a whole lot more of hands on fun. There was a bed of nails that you lie down on and it raised up, but the coolest part was the nuclear tent was awesome. It had the whole thing where the lights went out in the city and the kiddos had to go through the cycle to get them to turn back on, pretty cool for my 6 year old, he light up when the lights came back on in the city. <br />
<br />

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
As many of already know there's many activities to do with your kiddos in the summer, but can be lot if you have the amount of children that I have. (5) So, I'm always looking for a deal where ever I can but saving in other areas allows us to do the bigger things. Well, let's talk about bowling for now, but we'll get into those other activities later in the summer.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-b2TfZm1-Q2M/U5vW3H7oWnI/AAAAAAAADE8/lwOdjGDimPc/s1600/IMG_0819.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-b2TfZm1-Q2M/U5vW3H7oWnI/AAAAAAAADE8/lwOdjGDimPc/s1600/IMG_0819.JPG" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<span id="goog_489508250"></span><span id="goog_489508251"></span><br />
<br />
There's a program for kiddos in the summer called, <a href="http://www.kidsbowlfree.com/" target="_blank">"Kids Bowl Free."</a> However, you must sign up in advance to to get these free tickets. The best thing is that it's not just weekly as I thought it was, it's sent by email weekly. In that email you'll get 7 free printable tickets for each child you register.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-7mrGgFtGY-U/U5vW3yLfURI/AAAAAAAADFE/TVwqSicsr_k/s1600/IMG_0820.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-7mrGgFtGY-U/U5vW3yLfURI/AAAAAAAADFE/TVwqSicsr_k/s1600/IMG_0820.JPG" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
However, you will only get two games free,but still worth it. You'll have to pay for your shoe rental, but if you have your own shoes it will be totally free. If you find a pair of shoes cheap or a reasonable price, it would be a good investment if your planning on using your <a href="http://www.kidsbowlfree.com/" target="_blank">Kids Bowl Free</a> Tickets a lot.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-VTR5W4kLKd8/U5vW3EtS1FI/AAAAAAAADFI/LfMuoVQrS14/s1600/IMG_0814.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-VTR5W4kLKd8/U5vW3EtS1FI/AAAAAAAADFI/LfMuoVQrS14/s1600/IMG_0814.JPG" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
If you would like to bowl with your kiddos to make it a family night activity, you can do that as well. <a href="http://www.kidsbowlfree.com/" target="_blank">Kids Bowl Free</a> offers a family pass for adults in the family up to four. This will include 2 free games per day all summer long for $34.95.</div>

A few weeks ago I received a <a href="https://www.card.com/?afid=178" target="_blank">Prepaid Visa Card from Card</a> with a spending limited of $25 to spend it however I wished. It was an easy process to apply for the card, <a href="https://www.card.com/?afid=178" target="_blank">click here</a> to apply for your very own card. Once there, you'll be able to select a design of your choice and there's a few dozen to chose from. I'm a big Garfield fan, so I went with that. Simply filled out the basic application, a few verification questions and was accepted.<br />
<br />
I received my card in a few days, but had to wait a few extra days to receive the courtesy load of $25 to the card. However, with the process of applying, shipping of the card and the upload of the $25, it was only one week. There were two options for me to activate, either online or via telephone. Of course with my busy lifestyle, I chose to activate it through the website.<br />
<br />
As I mentioned before, this is a <a href="https://www.card.com/?afid=178" target="_blank">Prepaid Visa Card</a>, so you can use it the same as any other debit card because it's a debit card. You can use it EVERYWHERE Visa is accepted, but with a more personal feel to it because of the variety of designs available. I've listed below of the most common questions about the terms and conditions for this <a href="https://www.card.com/?afid=178" target="_blank">Prepaid Visa Card</a>:<br />
<br />
<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>FREE to order, activate and load</li>
<li>FREE app and check deposits from your smartphone</li>
<li>FREE direct deposit</li>
<li>FREE card-to-card transfers, anytime, anywhere, in seconds</li>
<li>NO overdraft fees, never goes negative</li>
<li>NO debt, financially responsible</li>
<li>NO interest/credit/APR's </li>
<li>NO credit check and approval in seconds</li>
<li>Safer than cash -24/7 support, Visa fraud protection and 100% FDIC insurance on funds</li>
<li>22,000 in-network ATM's</li>
<li>Thousands of cool, unique card designs to choose from, including brands like: Garfield, Popeye, Betty Paige, James Dean, Care Bears, Star Trek, Autism Awareness, Breast Cancer Research, Shark Week, Where's Waldo, Doodle Jump, Three Stooges, Nancy Drew, etc.</li>
</ul>
<div>
You may use this as a gift card, so don't give or receive this as a gift. It's not designed to use once and pitch it, it's designed to use for your daily spending or an alternative to banking. So, <a href="https://www.card.com/?afid=178" target="_blank">click here</a> to get yours and start flashing around your new card instead of that old boring bank issued hard that you didn't get to pick your design.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<br />
Stop paying those ridiculous bank fees and pay nothing if you deposit over $800 in the previous 30 days. This was cheaper than our competitors and you won't have to pay overdrafts. Now, that sounds simple enough for me.<br />
<br />
After the completion of my card activation, I was able to use the <a href="https://www.card.com/?afid=178" target="_blank">Prepaid Visa Card</a> anywhere Visa is accepted. I used my at Dollar General, McDonald's and Schnuck's. I had no problem using my card at all in any of the stores mentioned. It felt the same as if I were using my debit card from the bank. I was still given the same opportunities, you will still swipe the card the same way, but with a card that you picked the design for. </div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Often times some of us may need to bring our children with to <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-service_laundry" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" title="Self-service laundry">laundromat</a>. How do we keep them busy without running around? Well, Math, I tell ya!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-SwKfr6PO4Ag/UkudQ7FJfMI/AAAAAAAACro/FV2vQqq5kj0/s1600/IMG1723.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-SwKfr6PO4Ag/UkudQ7FJfMI/AAAAAAAACro/FV2vQqq5kj0/s320/IMG1723.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Of course we have many quarters to put in the machines. I had my children figure out how many quarters would be need for each machine. Then I had them put them into groups according to the cost for the <a class="zem_slink" href="http://www.lg.com/us/washers-dryers" rel="lgha" target="_blank" title="LG Washers and Dryers">washers and dryers</a>.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-CjIBL93dXWg/UkudQvAGV-I/AAAAAAAACrk/3Uo9wEV6U78/s1600/IMG1724.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-CjIBL93dXWg/UkudQvAGV-I/AAAAAAAACrk/3Uo9wEV6U78/s320/IMG1724.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Now this is my son that doesn't like to Math, and he use to run when I even said the word Math. I'm dead serious, but now that I've done this and lot of other ideas that are more hands on. He doesn't realize he's doing Math. Now, I'm able to do book work with him and motivate him with an activity after he completes his assignment, win/win for both of us!</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Many of us like to bowl, but some like to bowl, no matter how. Well, we have the Bowling Dice Game. At first, I was thinking this was going to be an easy games, but quickly turned into my son beating me in this game. So, it's not as easy as I thought and is just as fun as a Bowling Lane.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-MOMwS_DBNqg/UkufCf-YIQI/AAAAAAAACts/gK9Asao0JD0/s1600/IMG1923.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-MOMwS_DBNqg/UkufCf-YIQI/AAAAAAAACts/gK9Asao0JD0/s320/IMG1923.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Of course you roll the dice and keep score. This is a great way to get your struggling Math learner into enjoying it again. As well as having fun doing so.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-M3qOBn6_TZ4/UkufCHEYb1I/AAAAAAAACto/frwKI73yHYM/s1600/IMG1922.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-M3qOBn6_TZ4/UkufCHEYb1I/AAAAAAAACto/frwKI73yHYM/s320/IMG1922.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
It's easy enough for a 6 year old as well as and a 8 year old. I had my 6 year old write the amount of pins being rolled and had my 8 year sum the total in each frame. You can play with to make this into a fun Math lesson.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
As many of you already have heard about our Dollar Store Deals in the past. Well, here's another great find. First off, we have a classic game of Rock, Paper, Scissors turned into Poker and of course I turned into a more appropriate game for my kiddos. We played this as a game of War, but without as many cards. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-8vMhopChx4M/Ukuf_uCQfxI/AAAAAAAACuk/SCKXkTzjk5g/s1600/IMG2237.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-8vMhopChx4M/Ukuf_uCQfxI/AAAAAAAACuk/SCKXkTzjk5g/s320/IMG2237.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
We still dished out the cards until the deck was gone. Then we each flipped a card without looking and played as if we were using our hands to play, but with the cards. If there was a tie, we would dish out three cards and show the fourth card. Who ever one on that, won all the cards, but if it were a tie, then we repeated util there was a winner. The second War hardly ever happened, but a few times. </div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
As each person ran out of cards, they lost the game. The winner is the one that has the most cards obviously. We had a blast playing it this way instead of the poker way, besides it's got to be G rated!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Several weeks ago, my friend gave us a several ink <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postage_stamp" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" title="Postage stamp">stamps</a>. I was going to start collecting these because I wanted to have my kid start making their own cards for whom ever they would like to give a card to. So, when she shared her table of goodies with us, we were excited to get these.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-72baiozpprw/UkujbgPfGeI/AAAAAAAACxg/miAaOB1M15k/s1600/IMG2069.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-72baiozpprw/UkujbgPfGeI/AAAAAAAACxg/miAaOB1M15k/s320/IMG2069.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
As you can tell there's some really great gadgets here. There's a bit of the rolling stamps of transportation vehicles. As many of our readers that know us, my <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yaoi" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" title="Yaoi">boys love</a> their transportation vehicles. So, they were on that for awhile. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
My daughter on other hand was onto something else, the bigger stamps. However, we don't have big enough ink pads for those, but are shopping around for those. If you've seen them some place, please let us know. Thanks in advance!</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
We are excited to share this giveaway with all of our readers because we love this program. We found <a href="http://www.studyladder.com/" target="_blank">Studyladder</a> three<span id="goog_2081172678"></span><span id="goog_2081172679"></span><a href="http://www.blogger.com/"></a> years ago and fell in love with this online learning program. This is an online learning program for Preschool to 7th grade. <a href="http://www.studyladder.com/" target="_blank">Studyladder </a>will be launching an addition to iPad users in the next couple of months. That's going be an added bonus for many when that is launched because many of us have iPads.<br />
<br />
As I mentioned above <a href="http://www.studyladder.com/" target="_blank">Studyladder </a>is an online learning program, but you will have to print some of the material as needed throughout your child's learning. Of course you will need an internet connection, printer for the printables, and everything else is up to your to child to learn at their own pace through <a href="http://www.studyladder.com/" target="_blank">Studyladder</a>.<br />
<br />
These lesson are very user friendly, works great for all learning styles, and covers all subjects. As you can tell in the banner above as to what subjects and activities are covered:<br />
<br />
<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Mathematics</li>
<li>Literacy</li>
<li>Science </li>
<li>Art</li>
<li>Music</li>
<li>Mastering Numeracy</li>
<li>Health, Safety, and Citizenship</li>
<li>Language and Culture</li>
<li>Whiteboard Activities</li>
<li>Printables</li>
</ul>
<div>
In my opinion when it comes time to sign onto <a href="http://www.studyladder.com/" target="_blank">Studyladder </a>in my house it's like getting candy because my children love <a href="http://www.studyladder.com/" target="_blank">Studyladder</a>. Often times I have to pull them off to let another one log onto their account to do their learning. Unfortunately, that would disappear if I had more than one computer, but if your in this situation get prepared to make a schedule as I did to reduce this problem. Yes, <a href="http://www.studyladder.com/" target="_blank">Studyladder </a>is that great because my children tell me this and from what I see in our home. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Now, as I mentioned a thousand times that we love <a href="http://www.studyladder.com/" target="_blank">Studyladder</a>. This is why, with the exception of time schedule created for learning with <a href="http://www.studyladder.com/" target="_blank">Studyladder</a>, my children are learning at their own pace, learning multiple languages, earning rewards through <a href="http://www.studyladder.com/" target="_blank">Studyladder</a>, and certificates. Rewards, Certificates you might be wondering more about that. </div>
<div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-mKeV8ykoCEo/UmnSWGzF3cI/AAAAAAAAC5I/9VYMYYmJBdU/s1600/IMG2318.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-mKeV8ykoCEo/UmnSWGzF3cI/AAAAAAAAC5I/9VYMYYmJBdU/s320/IMG2318.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
<br /></div>
<div>
Well, each time your child completes a lesson they receive a certain amount of coins to buy items in the store to decorate their room. The certificates are for when they reach a certain goal set by <a href="http://www.studyladder.com/" target="_blank">Studyladder</a>. Once they've reached that goal, they earn a certificate. This certificate can be customized, downloaded, printed, and given to your child. We like to hang ours up on our rewards wall.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Our schedule allows us to complete two subjects a day because of lack of computers. However, I did test to see what the time would be to complete a full course for those who would want to know how long it would be for one child, and that's 3 hours with breaks. <a href="http://www.studyladder.com/" target="_blank">Studyladder </a>is addicting in some areas because two of my boys like to wonder off to "Walking the Plank." It's one of the games they would try to guess what the word is before that fall into the water and get eaten by the shark. Often times for them they use that as their break instead of walking away. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<a href="http://www.studyladder.com/" target="_blank">Studyladder </a>has been awarded in June of 2012 for the best educational website for teaching and learning. This great programs covers your child's common core courses as well as many more for a one time fee a year of $88 for 1-5 children. Now, you can say goodbye to those clutter shelves, closets, and corners. Try out the free trial with <a href="http://www.studyladder.com/" target="_blank">Studyladder </a>to see how it will fit for your family and I'm certain you won't regret it.<br />

About a year ago my son started a new phase of wearing dress clothes on a daily basis. Of course there's nothing wrong with that at all. In fact, I like when my children dress up because for some children, they don't like to wear dress clothes.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-PaIJ6JEio9M/UkulBXNMFFI/AAAAAAAACyI/Cco3xOHruHQ/s1600/IMG10822.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-PaIJ6JEio9M/UkulBXNMFFI/AAAAAAAACyI/Cco3xOHruHQ/s1600/IMG10822.jpg" /></a></div>
At first he just wanted a vest and I didn't want to buy a full suit just for the vest. So, I made him a vest with transportation vehicles buttons. The tie was purchased from a resale shop. I thought if he out grew this stage, I wouldn't have dented my wallet.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-fxEFcUbg22s/Ukulkpmq5-I/AAAAAAAACyY/hYGw72FLlkI/s1600/IMG1553.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-fxEFcUbg22s/Ukulkpmq5-I/AAAAAAAACyY/hYGw72FLlkI/s320/IMG1553.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
As you can tell this phase rolled into the warmer months. He started this phase in the winter of last year. So, when Spring came he was wearing his vest, and yes with flip flops. Then summer came he still wore this vest with shorts. By now, I'm thinking it's time for me accept that this is his style and he has proven that he's going to wear it no matter what.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
From the time I made the vest, I've made a few ties for him and even bow ties when he wanted the different styles of ties. He even made a few ties himself, including bow ties. So, I knew I had to get him a suit for his birthday.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/--z14t-tNd50/Ukum2Hni0II/AAAAAAAAC0U/oHEvYeUSTtE/s1600/IMG2169.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/--z14t-tNd50/Ukum2Hni0II/AAAAAAAAC0U/oHEvYeUSTtE/s320/IMG2169.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
By the time I got him his suit, he was into stylish hats. I don't wear he gets his ideas from, but I got one handsome little man on my hands. He looks so cute in this picture as he does in all his pictures. </div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
We have multiple trees in our back yard. My three younger children have been exploring in our back yard. They look so cute up there, even though my stomach is turned upside down thinking about the dangers of tree climbing.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-BSCmjBUXL90/UkulrKj5NxI/AAAAAAAACzE/o0ANXas0f_w/s1600/IMG1927.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-BSCmjBUXL90/UkulrKj5NxI/AAAAAAAACzE/o0ANXas0f_w/s320/IMG1927.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I think this tree was meant for them because they fit so nicely up there. Even the picture turned out well. They were up there for awhile changing spaces and made me even more nervous as they were moving around up there.</div>

We are enjoying our backyard. This is our tree branch tepee that was made from Dad trimming the trees in our backyard. The kids had a blast playing in this and it helped keep them away from Dad while he trimmed.</div>
