Many of us get wrapped in today’s game systems, but I never
thought spending so much money on them as recently did. I’m sure many of you
would say just one system and call it a day. I wish it was that simple, but
with the amount of games and various prices. I thought the same thing, but in
the long run some games are cheaper on another system.

So, we now have an XBOX360 and a PS3. Sure they’ve been out
for a while, but I was waiting for the prices to come down before getting them.
The original prices in my area were $500 or more and now I was able to get them
for under $500.
The XBOX360 was the better deal when I first saw it, but
after getting it home it was a bit of a disappointment because of the
Skylanders being attached with the bundle. I should have stayed up to date with
the games today. The Skylanders are very expensive, and cause some whining, but
can also be used for a child to learn to earn. Aslo, could be a nice way to
encourage reading for some that don’t like to read. (hint)

The PS3 so far has been shown to be for older children to
adults. The only two that play in my house are the two older boys and the man
child. (hubby) They play war games and sports games.
