Often times I’ve been asked how to create a button for my
blog. So, I've decided that it’s time to show you instead of just sending you
to another site to get the code. Well here it is and I hope you find this user
friend as I have.
Side note: When making these changes to the code below,
please make sure you delete the parenthesis.
Where I have the link for my blog “BLOG ADDRESS “ you are going to highlight that and replace
it with the link to your blog. Then where it says “BLOG TITLE” you are going to type in the name
of your blog here. The last step before pasting your code, you are going change
the link http://IMAGE WEB ADDRESS to the link of where you have your picture that you will be
using for your blog.
If you’re not sure what this is, then I suggest using
Flickr until your familiar with coding. With Flickr, you will get a link
created each time you add a picture.
<center><a href=”BLOG ADDRESS” target="_blank" title=”BLOG TITLE”><img
alt="BLOG TITLE" src="http://IMAGE WEB ADDRESS"/></a><center>
</center>
<center><textarea id="code-source" rows="3" name="code-source"><center><a href=”BLOG WEB ADDRESS”><img border="0" src="http://IMAGE WEB ADDRESS"/></a></center></textarea></center>
<center><textarea id="code-source" rows="3" name="code-source"><center><a href=”BLOG WEB ADDRESS”><img border="0" src="http://IMAGE WEB ADDRESS"/></a></center></textarea></center>
After you have completed the changes, the only left to do is
to copy and paste the code where you would like it on you blog or website. It
should look very similar to my code below.
