Budget Meal

My husband introduced me to this recipe before we got married and totally love it. We introduced this dish over the years with family and friends and they love it as well. It cost about $15 to make and there's leftovers for lunch.
Chicken Devon:

First you want to boil the chicken until fully cooked. Once it’s cooked, let it cook while you boil the broccoli. Once the broccoli is cooked drain it and let it sit in strainer. While that’s in the strainer, peel the chicken breast to where it’s like shredded into a baking dish. Then mix the peeled chicken with the Cream of mushroom soup. Spread the broccoli over the chicken. Then lay out the slice cheese over the broccoli to cover all the broccoli. Then crush the Ritz crackers over the broccoli. Then place into the pre-heated 400 degrees oven for 15-20 minutes to melt the cheese and brown the crackers.

Once completed serve with fruit of your choice and enjoy a healthy family meal.
