This was by far the worst idea that I used for a substitute
for dinosaur digging. They sure had a blast, but they were so hyper that they
had rice everywhere. Good thing we have a good vacuum to clean this mess up.
I didn't have the materials to make a dinosaur table. So, I used an old storage crate and filled it with colored rice. I then buried the dinosaurs we use from earlier this week. They were excited to get started, but I think most of the excitement was that they had the opportunity to play. This increased the excitement and caused a big mess.

At least they had fun, but I’m crazy because I will try this
again. However, I will do this with the right materials. I've seen positive
insight on this project and would like for my children learn to control their
excitement and enjoy the unknown.
